Why does this cost more than my current agency?
Compared to what, exactly? A typical agency retainer is £400/month forever, and most owners can't name what changed last quarter. Our site is a fixed price, done in 14 days. The retainer works nights. You'll know precisely what it did, because it reports to you daily.
Why wouldn't I just use Wix or Squarespace?
Wix sells you a tool — you still learn the editor, write the copy, find the photos, and pay the subscription forever, for a site that looks like everyone else's. We sell the finished thing: built around your business in 14 days, copy written, imagery made, live on your domain — and you own the files outright. No monthly platform fee, no hostage. And a builder can't staff your site afterwards; ours can answer every enquiry in under a minute while you sleep. If the budget isn't there yet, our £99 templates are the honest middle: one file, five-minute setup, yours forever.
What if the AI makes mistakes with my customers?
For the first two weeks you review every transcript and set the rules — the agent learns your voice before it's trusted with anything. Nothing outward leaves without approval until it's earned it. And the 60-day guarantee stands the whole time.
Can you do it cheaper?
No — but we can do less. The one-page landing tier is £2,500 if budget is the constraint. We downsell, we don't discount; a price that moves when you push it was never a real price.
How long does it actually take?
Fourteen days from deposit to live, and the pipeline is published: day 1 brand interview, days 2–4 design and assets, days 5–9 build, day 10 your review, days 11–13 revisions, day 14 live. We take two builds a month, which is why the timeline holds.
What happens after the site goes live?
Thirty days of fixes are included. After that, most clients add an AI employee to run it — content, front desk, or research. If you'd rather your nephew maintains it, genuinely fine: we hand over everything and don't do maintenance hostage-taking.
How do I know you're not a fly-by-night?
You hold half the money until the site is live, the portfolio is real and public — click through and scroll any of it — and the guarantee is in writing. We're also easy to find: Herts-based, and we'll happily do the teardown call on camera.
Do I have to get on a call?
No. The prices are published, so the call is optional: order directly and the whole build runs in writing — order form, emailed deposit invoice, written brand questionnaire, day-10 review link. Plenty of owners prefer it; so do we.
What's a teardown?
Fifteen minutes on a screen-share. Your current site scored against the 10 things that decide whether visitors ring you, the live portfolio piece from your industry, and a fixed price. You keep the list either way — it's genuinely useful even if you never speak to us again.
